Relationship building and making the ask

In this session, we will explore the importance of building relationships with your probable donors. It is more difficult to get the visit than it is to secure the gift! We will discuss ways to overcome objections to the visit, but more importantly, you will learn to prepare all involved in the presentation to successfully make the ask.
The most effective fundraisers are those who “listen the gift”. Together we will refine our “asking” skills and approach to enable us to understand what motivates the donor. When we discover the heart of the donor, their investment will surely follow.
