Couple’s therapy: How to use basic market research and data analysis methods to better understand your donors and the likelihood of them continuing to support your work

Friday 9 March, 9:25 am - 10:25 am

Erica Myers-Tattersall MFIA

Knowing your donors, their likes and dislikes and how to reach more like them is fundamental for today’s fundraising manager. However, with the constraints of working in the not-for-profit space, with minimal resources and limited access to capital (human and money), access to solid research is critical to good decision making and successful outcomes.

This session shows you how to use basic market research and data analysis methods to better understand who your donors are, the likelihood of them continuing to support your work and reducing attrition and churn.
