Manager, Prospect Research and Management
The University of Sydney, Division of Alumni and Development
Adriana had wanted to be a food scientist but instead found her strength in using scientific method in the office environment as opposed to the lab. Over the years, Adriana has worked extensively in the corporate and higher education sectors. Since joining The University of Sydney, Adriana has managed several successful programs within both Alumni Relations and Prospect Research. Her notable projects include running the LAB (Lost Alumni Blitz) Experiment, the first pilot dedicated to uncovering at least 10,000 contact details in a year and reconnecting with alumni and previous donors by driving these contacts into a series of engagement programs. In 2016, Adriana was part of a project team that spearheaded the Year of the Golden Yearbook, the first yearbook dedicated to the University’s Golden Graduate cohort. This project resulted in both mid-level and major gifts, as well as uncovering speakers, mentors and volunteers. She currently leads the Prospect Research and Management team and the Lost Alumni team.
