Having attended commercial CX conferences in the US and Australia More Strategic have partnered with a leading Experience Management Platform to bring commercial insights to NFP practices. Martin is highly regarded as a presenter and trainer and has delivered acclaimed masterclasses in Australia and at the IFC in Europe and Asia. Martin has led large teams to great success at the National Trust UK, Heart Foundation and Cancer Council before forming More Strategic, a fundraising, experience management and marketing consultancy in 2009.
