Sloane Silverman is the Operations Director at Lux Everyday, an ecommerce company that helps connect its 5 million+ members to an exciting range of daily offers – across travel, wellness, services, activities, everyday essentials and more.
Starting with the Living Social sales team in its early days in Washington D.C., Sloane helped deliver surprise and delight into millions of American’s inboxes each day. She helped launch the website’s presence in its first 32 cities, and landed one of the first travel deals to be sold on a daily deal site. Since moving to Australia in 2013, Sloane has led the Operations team to integrate, re-platform and successfully re-launch 3 daily deal brands including LivingSocial Australia, TreatMe New Zealand and (soon-to-be) Scoopon.
Sloane graduated with honours from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and General Business.
She is passionate about people and new ideas, and loves combining these with her community spirit, supporting Cancer Council at events like today.
