Session 2: Measure What Matters – Key Metrics & Analysis
Once you understand your data, what next? This session covers the critical measures and basic analytics you need to assess your fundraising efforts. We’ll help you with ‘why’ of getting a clearer picture of your donors and their behaviours, how this will help your fundraising, and share tools to analyse your program’s performance.
Session 3: Real-World Applications
