Cancer Council NSW has a large events portfolio. Some events are declining at the end of their lifespan, while others are growing.

This presentation will show charities how to think about events with a portfolio mindset and by doing so creating a structured, output driven approach to new product development.

Cancer Council NSW are launching numerous prototypes to help improve the sustainability of the portfolio.

Due to success of this model, it is now being used by the CCN Regular Giving stream.
