In this presentation we will explore the decision-making process of determining when to conclude a long-term campaign and initiate a new one. We will begin by understanding the typical phases of a campaign and the importance of evaluating its ongoing relevance and impact. We will cover the transition of moving away from a long-term/historical campaign and creating a new campaign/event. We will provide examples of what we have done at MND Victoria.
Attendees will learn when to pivot, and successfully transition to new initiatives for continued growth and engagement.
