The RFDS across Australia has, within some states, dabbled in peer-to-peer fundraising.

In 2022, with a collective desire to diversify our fundraising and supporter base, all RFDS Sections & Operations came together for our first-ever national fundraising campaign.

We’ll take you through the process of getting everyone engaged and on board, and ultimately how we pulled of a new national campaign within 2 ½ months.

We’ll explore the collaborative process, the resourcing and management, our approach to fast decision making, successes and learnings, and unpack why we went for it – despite a very competitive and cluttered market.
