With telemarketing a key way of engaging with our donors it is vital that, as an industry, we understand how this channel is performing, how this has changed over time and how we, as fundraisers, can we ensure we are delivering effective programs that add to a positive experience or our supporters.

Armed with 10 years of data and millions of telemarketing transactions across a plethora of calling programs and charities, Ruth and Cherie will answer questions around what we need to do, collectively, to sustain telemarketing effectiveness and what we should be measuring to ensure the viability of our programs for good investment return and will also look to the future to what a sustainable future of telemarketing needs to look like.
