The promises charities make to their supporters, to cure cancer, protect the environment, stop child abuse, prevent cruelty to animals (there are too many to list). These are the most important promises of all.

And so the experiences your supporters get are also the most important.

And we know that from our research, that a one point increase in loyalty (the measure of a great supporter experience) over three years leads directly to a 20% increase in income and a 9% increase in intention to leave a gift in a will.
