The Good, the Bad, the Great & the Ugly: How to manage agency relationships

I’ve been both a supplier (F2F) and a fundraiser, and I have seen the light and dark side of both. After 10 years, and surviving some murky waters, I believe I have struck the perfect balance on how to have meaningful, productive relationships with your suppliers while keeping the financial interests of your organisation front and centre. This will give you advice on how to negotiate agreements, forge rewarding relationships, and provide a new perspective of the supplier and charity relationship as someone who has experienced both. It will delve into my personal experiences in F2F and how I think the industry has evolved. It will also look at how I’ve managed to improve relationships over the years. I’ll go into best practice with training, tips on immersing agencies into your charity, and where I think it’s heading.
