Aylin has been working in the NFP sector for 10 years and has a Masters in International Relations. In her current role with Australia for UNHCR, she manages the mid-value donor and gifts in wills programs, which has seen exponential growth in the last three years. Her previous experience in the corporate sector has equipped her with some great skills for this role. Aylin believes that listening to donors, donor centricity and innovation are critical for success in her work.
