He has a proven track record with over 25 years of sustainable income development in the hospital, healthcare, and international aid sectors.

At Peter Mac, Carl transformed Peter Mac from a state-based charity into a national charity, diversifying fundraising channels growing the active donor base from 13,000 to 129,000 active donors, raising over $500m during his 12-year tenure.

With extensive expertise across all key fundraising methodologies, especially Major Gifts, Bequests and Regular Monthly Giving Carl is passionate about establishing effective strategies, business rules and processes to empower charities in their donor engagement and development aspirations.

Carl has personally solicited GIWs and gifts over $1m. His expertise has resulted in over 30 awards for fundraising excellence including FIA Fundraising Team of the Year in 2019 and FIA fundraising project of the year for Bequests in 2013.
