Carly Little has led the Sustainability strategy at Workwear Group (part of Wesfarmers ASX20) since joining in 2020, in addition to her responsibilities for People, Culture & Safety. She spent 12 years in senior People & Culture and commercial roles at The Walt Disney Company in UK and Australia. Carly’s early career was spent earning her HR-stripes at MTV Networks, Guardian Media Group and The Economist Group.
