Erica’s passion for fundraising spans across years and Australian states (well, two, to be precise).

She has held senior fundraising roles at Australian Red Cross (Tasmania and WA), the Heart Foundation WA, and Cancer Council Tasmania. Recently she was the Content and Development Lead at Parachute Digital and is now the Fundraising Manager at the Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation.

During COVID-19, Erica completed her AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors) qualification, driven by a love of governance and a desire to bring strong leadership to other not-for-profits.

She has chaired the Fundraising Institute of Australia’s state committee and currently serves on the board of St John Ambulance Tasmania.

Erica’s expertise and passion includes donor stewardship, strategy development, partnerships, direct mail campaigns, and content creation.
