As a data driven marketing professional with a flair for creativity and innovation, Lisa has experienced success in both the commercial and non-profit sectors over the last two decades.


Previously, she spent nearly seven years at WWF in charge of fundraising to individuals where she helped grow the organisation’s fundraising revenue from $750,000 a year to $10 million annually. Lisa has been at The Smith Family since 2006 managing the 100,000 strong individuals fundraising program and more than doubling their annual revenue to the current $49 million.


Her work was recognised nationally and internationally in 2009 when her campaigns won a variety of awards including: a bronze ADMA Effectiveness Award in the Not-for-Profit category, and two Media Federation Awards for Best One-Off Innovation and Best Use of Strategic Insight. In addition, the Smith Family’s 2017 Back to School campaign was awarded a Highly Commended in FIA’s 2018 Awards for Excellence in the Donor Acquisition Over $5m Category, and their 2018 campaign is a Finalist in the 2019 Awards.
