After a decade working in sports and event sponsorship, Sebastien joined the not-for-profit sector to deliver sustainable revenue streams for some of Queensland’s most iconic charities.

Using his strong business acumen and project management skills, Seb worked for Surf Life Saving Queensland and Mater Foundation, securing and developing partnerships with brands that align with organisational values.

Joining the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) as Senior Manager – Partnerships in 2021, Seb has been responsible for leading the Partnerships strategy to increase income from existing and new partnerships and community fundraisers. In addition to securing new partners, Seb’s team delivered the first Oceans to Outback campaign, a new national peer-to-peer fundraising event raising over $1.3 million in its first year.
