Trudi Mitchell is the CEO of Australia for UNHCR, an organisation that raises funds and advocates for the UN Refugee Agency.

Since its inception in 2000, Australia for UNHCR has raised almost half a billion dollars for displaced people. Trudi has conducted field trips to Jordan to meet Syrian refugees, Bangladesh to meet Rohingya refugees and east Africa to meet refugees from countries including Somalia, Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.   She has also visited Ukrainian refugees in Poland.

Trudi has extensive experience in senior executive roles across the not-for-profit sector. Her expertise spans strategy, innovation, leadership, public relations, communications, fundraising, technology and data.
