This track looks at the issues most important to us today, including the ethics of modern-day fundraising and the importance of Diversity and Inclusion, accountability and transparency to creativity and how to continue to innovate and grow after unprecedented times, we will be asking the hard questions of what’s next. This year’s expanded leadership track takes a different approach. On Thursday we will be hearing practical support and advice for new and developing leaders, including emerging issues for leaders, how to prepare for leadership, and optimising your behaviour as a fundraising leader, all based on the experiences of current senior fundraisers.
