The session will highlight the importance of turning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into practice, offering insights based on lived experience into how everyone can create more inclusive environments that empower BIPOC professionals to succeed.

The panel includes a diverse range of BIPOC fundraisers sharing their personal journeys and experiences, the challenges they’ve faced along the way and the opportunities they see for enhancing organisational culture, community and donor engagement, and building a strong community of Australian BIPOC fundraisers.

If you’re a BIPOC fundraiser and have ever felt isolated in your profession or organisation, this session will provide a space to connect with peers who share similar experiences.
