A 50 minute panel session featuring NFP executives, thought leaders and subject matter experts taking a deep look into inclusivity in NFP organisations and how it translates to what we do, how we talk and how we act. Such as:

• Do we adequately provide solutions for diverse communities – LGBT, disability, women, first nations?
• Are our diverse donors feeling welcomed to our events? Is the language we use in our communications inclusive?
• How small organisational changes lead to a better and more inclusive environment for staff, volunteers, supporters and donors?

Using data researched by mycause and the Council of Non Profits (US), the panel will discuss the above topics on their organisations, best practices and provide insights and tips on how other organisations can jump start their diversity and inclusivity programs.

The panel will feature experienced NFP leaders, thought leaders and diversity champions.
