Single donor view integrating offline and online to deliver best supporter journeys

Over the last few years FHF has been undergoing a significant digital transformation journey – including the rebuild of a centralised marketing data layer, implementation of a Customer Data Platform and embracing machine learning for fundraising.
In addition to investment in technology, we have been developing a donor journey strategy with More Strategic to ensure we can utilise the new technology effectively. This strategy puts the donor at the centre by creating a framework to engage with our donors, ensuring we can deliver the right ask, at the right time, to the right donor.
This is a significant shift for The Foundation with an aim to personalise our donor experience, reduce manual tasks and improve overall ROI and grow income.
This session will talk about the steps we took to get this journey started, help we found along the way – internally and externally, and the framework we have created to support the team in this change. We hope to share some early learnings we will have.
We know we still have a long road ahead, but the path is clear. We hope this session will lift the lid on what our experience has been to help charities who may be eager to embark on their own digital transformation.
