Being the Head of Fundraising is a daunting gig. It’s often very lonely, challenging and can be dispiriting. This session will offer an aspiring and/or current Head of Fundraising the chance to get valuable insights from one of Australia’s most experienced fundraisers on; how to set yourself for success in any organisation, how to refine and define your personal vision, how to position the role and purpose of fundraising within an organisation including how to identify and operate within an enabling vs disabling culture.

It aims to share knowledge, insights and learnings to benefit, inform and inspire the next generation of leaders within our sector.

This will benefit most the senior fundraiser with many years experience, and will inspire the more junior fundraisers by showing that there is a career pathway in this profession.
