Claire has over 12 years of extensive experience within the for-purpose sector, working at various levels within fast-paced, complex, national charities across the UK and Australia. Currently serving as the Director of Fundraising and Marketing at Ipswich Hospital Foundation, Claire is tasked with establishing a fundraising program and team to ensure long term sustainability for the organisation. She has also contributed her expertise to organisations including MS Queensland, Legacy Brisbane, Mater Foundation, Oxfam Australia, and Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.

Claire is a committed and passionate fundraiser who actively contributes to the sector through several volunteer roles. She serves as Chair of Fundraising Institute Australia’s (FIA) Queensland Committee and has played a pivotal role on the FIA Conference Committee. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Claire was awarded FIA Queensland’s Young Fundraiser of the Year in 2019 and as a FIA Fellow in 2024. She is an advocate for the fundraising profession, fostering emerging leaders in the sector as an FIA tutor and mentor. Additionally, Claire served as a Board Member for Inala Youth Service, supporting young people and the community to thrive through program delivery.

A visionary leader, Claire excels in driving organisational culture, change management, resource mapping, and creating strategic clarity motivating teams to succeed.
