He founded Amplify Fundraising in 2016 to be an ally to the fundraiser – talented people who are passionate about raising money but know they could raise even more if they weren’t held back by structural or cultural barriers.

Paul has worked in fundraising for 20 years; across individual giving and relationship fundraising; online and offline channels; at agencies and charities in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
