It is estimated that by 2025, Gen Z will make a quarter of the global workforce, and they will put money and effort in a cause that they believe reflects their values best. According to the latest World Economic Forum research, Gen Z has a strong desire for progressive leadership with a vision for sustainable prosperity. Here, we will cover a few ways to ensure your messaging resonates with this audience and other important issues that they are interested in.

Transparency and authenticity are key. There have been major shifts in donors’ attitudes in regular giving since COVID happened. According to Deloitte’s annual survey on millennials and Gen Z, people want to see specificity where their money is going and they want accountability. We’ve also seen a 403% increase in digital revenue starting in 2019, and we’re looking to grow quickly in that space in the next few years.
