Breast Cancer Trials is a medical research charity based in Newcastle NSW which has for over 45 years conducted a national and international breast cancer research program. This presentation will share our learnings from initiatives across the organisation to support and enable a strong, high-performing culture that attracts, values, engages and empowers employees; and which supports personal and organisation-wide productivity efficiencies and smart ways of working.

We will also share the work our small but mighty fundraising team has done with More Strategic on their new skills-based approach to identify the staff experience, skills and interests needed to deliver on our fundraising growth strategy.
