Supporters don’t make rational decisions about causes, gift size, or engagement. We need to stop trying to persuade them rationally with cases for support, impact data and annual reports. The good news is while supporters aren’t rational they are predictably irrational. Decision science can help you identify how to use predictable irrationality to improve results.
