Mark Phillips is the founder and managing director of Bluefrog Fundraising, a UK-based agency focused on developing fundraising strategies built on answering donor needs.
He began his career in the late 1980s with ActionAid, He later served as Head of Fundraising at YMCA England before setting up his agency in 1997.
