His notable achievements include steering Guide Dogs SA from $1 million to an impressive $9 million and orchestrating a remarkable surge for Guide Dogs Australia from $53 million to an outstanding $87 million. Notably, he introduced an innovative social enterprise, the Pet Hotel, situated at the Adelaide Airport, showcasing his ingenuity in diversifying revenue streams.

Andrew’s impact extends far beyond Guide Dogs, having led numerous clients to unprecedented success. He played a pivotal role in propelling Foodbank’s fundraising efforts from $300,000 to an astonishing $12 million, contributing significantly to their mission of alleviating hunger.
