Sandy is CEO of TRACTION and Trustee of Towards a Better Future Foundation. Sandy founded TRACTION in 2015 to unlock potential in vulnerable young people, and the organisation has built an innovative, inclusive culture and a proven model for helping young people. Sandy’s experience as an Executive Director includes roles in manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales and marketing, across the pharmaceuticals, plumbing and hardware, and property development industries.
